There is something deeply satisfying about restoring a pair of well-loved leather shoes to their former glory. Here is how our craftsmen do it.

The Assessment

Every restoration starts with a careful assessment. We examine the leather type, the extent of wear, any structural damage, and the colour match needed. This determines the approach and products we will use.

The Process

Step 1: Deep Clean

We remove all old polish, dirt, and grime using specialist leather cleaners. This is crucial - you cannot restore what you cannot see clearly.

Step 2: Conditioning

Dry, cracked leather needs moisture. We apply premium leather conditioner to rehydrate the material, restoring its suppleness and preventing further cracking.

Step 3: Colour Restoration

Using pigmented creams and dyes, we restore the original colour depth. This is where the real artistry comes in - matching the exact shade and ensuring even coverage across the entire shoe.

Step 4: Polishing

Multiple layers of premium wax polish are applied and buffed to achieve a deep, lustrous shine. The mirror finish on the toe cap is our signature.

Step 5: Protection

A final layer of protective cream seals everything in, guarding against water, stains, and everyday wear.
