Quotes, Bookings, And Enquiries

Website quotes are indicative unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Final pricing for event services can vary depending on date, staffing, location, access requirements, branding requirements, and scope changes.

Bookings and enquiries submitted through the website are requests only until we confirm acceptance.

• You must provide accurate and complete contact information.
• You are responsible for reviewing the details you submit before sending them to us.
• We may decline or cancel a booking or service request if we cannot fulfil it, if the information provided is materially inaccurate, or if payment or operational requirements are not met.

Memberships And Recurring Billing

Memberships are recurring monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. By starting a membership, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your selected plan amount on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

Membership benefits, included shines, and pricing are those shown on the membership page at the time of purchase unless we agree a different arrangement with you in writing.

• Memberships currently apply to the Canary Wharf location stated on the website unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• Unused monthly shines do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• Membership codes are issued for customer support, validation, and cancellation handling.
• We may update membership pricing or features for future billing periods by giving reasonable notice where required.

Cancellation And Refunds

Memberships can be cancelled using the cancellation process provided on the website or by contacting us directly. When a cancellation is processed, the subscription is set to end at the end of the current billing period and no further renewal payment will be taken after that point.

Unless required by law or agreed by us in writing, payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded on a pro-rated basis once that billing period has started.

If a payment is disputed, reversed, or fails after a membership has been provisioned, we may suspend or withdraw membership benefits until the account is brought back into good standing.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date so we can reach you about bookings, memberships, and service issues.

Service Availability
