1) How Do I Make a Product Purchase?

You can browse through our online shop and then select all the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.Once you have completed your selection click on “Checkout” of your shopping basket. You will be then asked for a questions regarding your details that we required to process your order.

 

2) What Does Delivery Cost?

Most of our postage & packaging costs for deliveries within mainland U.K. start from ‘Free’. Please see our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page for further information.

 

3) How Do You Deliver?

All our UK Mainland deliveries are made by courier and or Royal Mail. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 14 working days from your order date after a 1-2 day packaging / handling (these times are also subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday purchase periods)

4) Where Do We Deliver To?

You can enter any shipping address you wish which will be most convenient for you. Delivery Charges are calculated based on the address you have requested your items to be delivered to.

 

5) Will I Have to Pay Customs Duties?

Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

 

6) Will My Purchase be the Same Item Shown on Your Website?

The description of the goods you order will, so far as possible, be as shown in our current online website shop at the time you placed your order. However, whilst every care by our team is taken to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the brochure or website reproduction. We are also subject to and can accept no liability for changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers.

8) Do We Offer any Product Warranties?

Some of our partner products we sell may include a manufacturers warranty against faulty materials or workmanship. This does not include everyday wear and tear.

Sample and second quality stock is not covered by a manufacturers warranty.
