DELIVERY INFORMATION:

All online order purchases from our eStore we aim to dispatch within 14 working days (Unfortunately some items maybe bespoke therefore dispatch may take longer). Upon dispatch, you will receive an delivery e-mail confirmation.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES :

Free UK Shipping for all orders over £25

Free European Shipping for all orders over £125

Free Worldwide Shipping for all orders over £300 (Ex VAT & Under 5kg)

 

UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING POLICY:

For small parcels under 1kg we use Royal Mail First Class or Recorded Delivery Services.
All orders placed before 14.00 hrs Monday-Friday will be dispatched on day of order completed. Those orders completed after 14.00 hrs Monday-Thursday will be completed the following day of completed order.
All orders received after 14.00hrs on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday (If not a Bank Holiday)

For All orders under 2kg from the Highlands of Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland are all sent by Royal Mail.

 

EUROPEAN AND WORLDWIDE SHIPPING POLICY:

All non UK orders will be sent by the fastest delivery means available. We use numerous delivery partners including:

FedEx, DPD, Parcelforce as well as Royal Mail International Services.

All parcels over 1.5kg in weight are sent tracked by courier. Smaller parcels under 1.5kg may be sent by untracked Airmail services. The completed delivery times depend on the delivery partner we select to use.

Actual charges (especially for international packages) will depend on weight and destination country and will be disclosed in the shopping basket at the time of order. For larger purchases, bulk orders or for specific courier usage, please contact us directly at contact@londonshoeshine.com for a bespoke shipping quotation.

In certain countries outside of the UK duties or taxes may be charged by your receiving Countries Border Control when the parcels are delivered. We try our best to check if these charges my apply and send our parcels in such a way as to make the delivery through customs as easy as possible, however any additional charges made by the receiving countries border control are not our responsibility


 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

If for some unknown reason you require to cancel your order prior to receiving our order confirmation of shipping email, please call +44 0203 488 0067 or email us at contact@londonshoeshine.com

We will immediately cancel your order and fully refund your payment (Please note our refund process system may take 14 working days from date of cancellation). Confirmation of cancellation will be emailed to you.

If you have called or email after your items are shipped then unfortunately order cancellations are no longer available and the order must be treated as per our return/ refund policy below.


 

RETURNS POLICY

As a valuable customer if you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase or you receive your item and it is damaged you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item, for an exchange or a refund. If we receive your item after our 30 days return policy your item may be accepted at our discretion and a credit note maybe issued for use in our online store.

Please could you contact us before returning your items if you believe you have reason for complaint. A customers return postage may be reimbursed on faulty returns at our discretion by credit note or voucher.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN ITEMS POLICY

– All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, items will not be accepted where there are signs of wear on the on the uppers or sole (IN THE CASE OF SHOES).
– Our original packaging must be used to return the good, or a suitable alternative. Valet boxes must be returned in their own box, inside a large box protecting all corners for transit since they are susceptible to damage.
– Non faulty items are returned at customers cost.
– We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on Made to Order special items.
– Please enclose all your contact details & the Order Number which is to be found on your email invoice. To make the process easy we have included a portion on the invoice that includes the returns address.
– If returning from OUTSIDE the UK, please write “RETURNING GOODS TO SENDER” on the customs form and parcel itself as this will stop the parcel being subject to customs charges. If we are charged clearance fees to receive your return, we may either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you.
– If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements during the complaint process. Items taken in exchange for return goods are subject to a postage charge and any additional cost of the replacement item.
– We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.
